AE 😋 If ya know…ya know! @aedairy is a staple in this state and always a snack home run 🌟 I saw these ‘carrot’ 🥕peppers 🌶️ popping up on my feed with cream cheese and knew I had to attempt with my favorite dip…PARTY DIP 🥳🫶🏼 these make the perfect snack and appetizer for the spring season 👩🏼‍🌾🧡🌷😋

Antipasto inspired skewers 🍅🥓🍢🧀 😘🫶🏼🇮🇹

Spring season is almost in full swing and one of my favorite appetizers for the season are these delicious and simple skewers made with the highest quality @bushelboyfarms tomatoes 🍅 that are grown right here in Iowa all year in their sustainable greenhouses and hand-picked at peak ripeness. 😘🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼There are so many ways to utilize these on a board, table scape, or even a simple plate. These can also be a fun build-your-own skewers to create with different veggies, cheeses, and meats 🎉

Here are the ingredients that I used:
Bushel Boy tomatoes
Salami
Cheese cubes
Gherkin pickle

•
Directions below:
•Step 1) Take parchment paper and lay four pieces down before placing the board on the table.
•Step 2) Use a black marker and add football x’s and o’s on the butcher paper.
•Step 3) Create the football by taking an 8 ounce block of cream cheese, and three Boursin cheeses and mix them together.
•Step 4) Add in chopped chive onions, an 8 ounce bag of sharp shredded cheddar cheese, and 2 table spoons of deli style mustard. Continue mixing the items together.
•Step 5) Add 1/2 cup of Mayo and continue mixing after adding in a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
•Step 6) Take the mix and place it on a large piece of saran wrap. Shape and mold the mix into a football shape. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
•Step 7) After the football has chilled, take it out of the fridge and unwrap it. Take crushed pretzels and coat the football on a separate plate. After the football is complete, place it in the center of the board.
•Step 8) Make the laces on the football by cutting string cheese in little lines.
•Step 9) Add a ramekin filled with ranch and cheese dipping sauce, and basil for garnish.
•Step 10) Place celery, carrots, and football shaped crackers on the board.
•Step 11) Add Naan-bread, cubed cheddar and cubed Colby Jack.
•Step 12) Include a line of the Grains and Seed crackers to provide variety to the board.
•Step 13) Create mini salami rosettes on a toothpick. A total of four pieces of salami on each toothpick is sufficient.
•Step 14) Fill in any remaining holes with pistachio nuts.
